The holder of the Fylkirate is known as the Fylkir. The Germanic reformer becomes the Fylkir, a ducal-level secular leader similar to an Islamic Caliph.
Just like the Pope calls Crusades and the Caliph calls Jihads the Fylkir calls Great Holy Wars to claim a De Jure Kingdom title.
