  • Benevento
  • Calabria
  • Capua
  • Salerno
  • Sicily

The kingdom of Sicily is a de jure part of the Byzantine Empire. The de jure capital of Sicily is the county of Napoli - AI rulers of Sicily are likely to make this their capital.
