Wallachia is a de jure kingdom consisting of 2 duchy titles and 9 county titles. The title exists for the entirety of the timeframe of Crusader Kings II. The title does not exist by default in the timeframe of The Old Gods DLC, but can be created by the player or the AI.

A ruler requires 2 duchy titles, plus at least 51% (5) of the 9 de jure counties to create Wallachia. In addition, a significant amount of gold and piety is required to create Wallachia.
Creating Wallachia grants the creator 400 prestige.
